“What was difficult about The Father was that playing an older man, I actually started to feel older. My back would ache and my legs would ache. “The speculation I’ve — and it might be a cockamamie concept — is that the mind isn’t as sharp as we predict it’s, so if I began to inform it I am an previous man with dementia, it is going to consider me,” Hopkins said.
